We offer shipping to most countries around the world. We will aim to ship out your order same day. Otherwise it will be shipped out next day. We ship orders out 7 days a week, excluding all recognized US holidays or postal holidays. During any current worldwide events, shipping times may be delayed.
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a shipping tracking ID and a personalized link that allows you to check your shipment anytime you like. If you've ordered with the wrong delivery address, please contact us so we can amend your order.

To obtain your full refund, you must return all bottles (empty, full or partially full, including any "bonus" or "free" bottles) back to our fulfillment house within sixty (60) days of your original order date. Include a written note with:

- Your original packaging slip (if available)

Step 1 — Check you are within the refund period
You have a whole 60 days from date of order to request a refund. After this period is up you cannot request a refund.
Step 2 — Return Unused Bottles To Us
In order to obtain a refund for an order, you must return only the unused bottles in perfect condition of the order you wish to be refunded back to our fulfillment house within 60 days since the order date.
Simply return the unused bottles in perfect condition and we will immediately process your full refund for the unused items. No questions asked.
You must include the original packing slip with your return. If you don't have it, include details regarding your order:

- (3) Your Full Address where the shipment was received
- (4) Your Email Address

Step 3 — Wait for refund processing
Once our fulfillment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5–10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
